The primary objective of this project is to analyze the dietary habits of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) through the lens of modern health science. This study aims to demonstrate to the general public the significance of the Prophetic traditions (Sunnah) regarding the foods we consume in our daily lives. Through this project, students can gain in-depth knowledge about the nutritional value of Sunnah foods—such as dates, olives, and black seeds—and their role in enhancing immunity. Moving beyond mere religious belief, this study encourages the development of a healthy lifestyle and a return to natural dietary practices. The greatest achievement of this project is the realization of how a diet based on the Prophet’s teachings contributes to both spiritual and physical vitality, ultimately helping to build a more disciplined daily routine. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nVSQoVIa69vgXwnuZ11teE8RrAqx9g00/view?usp=drivesdk 2= https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cnL2hSb5PhasXLoGYmNFVgCEFaIcgLTn/view?usp=drivesdk
